Harjoituksista saa jokainen valita itselleen sopivat harjoitusvuorot. Kaikkien yhteisten harjoitusten jaksotus noudattaa jaoston yhteist\u00e4 vuosikelloa.<\/p>\n<p>Uintiharjoituksissa on k\u00e4ytett\u00e4viss\u00e4 useita ratoja, joille voidaan uintivauhtien mukaan jakautua. Kaikki harjoitukset ovat vapaauintipainotteisia, mutta niiden sis\u00e4lt\u00f6 ja kuormittavuus vaihtelee. Maanantain uinnin yhteydess\u00e4 on vaihteleva m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4 lyhyit\u00e4 tehollisia vetoja, keskiviikon vuorolla p\u00e4\u00e4paino on tekniikassa ja lauantaina sek\u00e4 sunnuntaina kest\u00e4vyyden kehitt\u00e4misess\u00e4.<\/p>\n<p>Viikko-ohjelmaan kuuluu my\u00f6s yksi juoksuharjoitus ja yksi spinning.
